During the course of his career, SP principal Mark Scher, has worked with a broad spectrum of learning audiences. Over 100,000 people have used his training and education products from the following industries: Airline, Architecture, Banking, Construction, Counseling, Communications, Government, Hotels, Information Technology, Law, Non-profits, Publishing, and Rail and Trucking. He has specialized in designing state-of-the-art e-Learning and blended solutions for over 20 years. Whether designing for Engineers, Marines, or K-12 virtual schools, his mandate is to develop the most cost effective education, whether Web-based, multimedia, or workshop-oriented.

Fran Scher, Ph.D., MBA, CQE
Fran Scher is principal and co-founder of Scher Progression LLC. She brings numerous skills to her clients’ projects, including expertise in quality systems, strategic analysis, project and team management, operations, and technical writing. She has the ability to explain complex scientific and technical content in understandable terms. Her publications include marketing pieces in A2C2 and Food Testing and Analysis and a user-friendly technical manual, which won the Society for Technical Communication's Award of Excellence.
