Some clients need training developed to help their staff keep pace with changing resources, business demands, or new requirements. Others want their own educational products to sell, or to even to use training as a marketing tool that builds reputation and credibility with prospective clients.
We focus on developing products for improving performance at the individual and organizational level. We also know from hard won experience, that unless the material is interactive, involving, and has a clear "what's in it for me" or WIIFM message, real learning is not going to happen. This WIIFM is our starting point. Our design and development process is tried and proven for getting at your needs and wants. Once we have that, we look for better ways to learn and distribute the required knowledge. We are proud that our process produces useful outcomes at every stage.
